A Fundraiser for Nicholas Tremulis & Family – Featuring Jon Langford

The Beverly Area Arts Alliance is proud to join Team Tremulis and give our support to Chicago recording artist Nicholas Tremulis and his family during a time of loss. Nick, a recovering COVID-19 patient, and his family are mourning the recent passing of their son Stephanos (26). All proceeds from the event will go towards the Tremulis Family GoFundMe campaign to assist with funeral costs and other needs.

As a working musician whose career spans nearly 40 years, Nick has taken the time to give back to the city. Between 1999 and 2003, Nick orchestrated The Waltz benefit concerts at Metro to aid local organizations such as the Neon Street for Homeless Youth group and helped raise over $200,000 from those concerts. Nick has been a selfless person in the Chicago music community, loved, respected, and now it’s the community’s turn to give back to one of their own.

Nick’s long time friend and musical compatriot, Jon Langford (The Mekons, Waco Brothers), will headline our show in one of the most beautiful backyards in Beverly, on the southside of Chicago, at 6:00pm – gates open at 5pm. Address provided upon ticket purchase.

Because we are all living in the time of COVID, the Alliance follows all necessary safety measures and will only make 40 tickets available. If you can’t join us, please give generously to the Tremulis Family GoFundMe campaign.

A limited number of digital reproductions of Jon Langford’s paintings, printed on paper, mounted on wood, and varnished will be available for purchase courtesy of Jon. They are signed and numbered on the back sides by Jon. Sales of these prints will support the Tremulis fund. Credit/debit payment only.

Goose Island CIVL Pale Ale, made in support of the Chicago Independent Venue League, will be available for guests at the show for a donation in support of the Save Our Stages campaign.

*Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of bad weather, ticket holders will be notified of a rescheduled date.
