David Boyle To Be Determined: “Getting Personal in the Parlor”

Join us in the parlor of the Ingersoll Blackwelder House for an evening of personal stories written and performed by David Boyle.

Friday, April 6th, 7-9pm, 10910 S. Prospect, Chicago

Awarded “Audience Favorite” at the 2017 Elgin Fringe Festival, David’s stories are a “well-wrought mix of wit, cussedness, close observation and earned emotion,” says Tony Adler of The Chicago Reader. For his “To Be Determined” series, David has partnered with Elgin artist Chris Palm, who has drawn greeting card illustrations that match each story. Audience members choose their favorite illustrations and David will tell the stories associated with those drawings.

Arrive early, have a drink, explore the house and settle in for a wild ride of hilarious, touching, vividly-crafted storytelling. Tickets are $20. Beer, wine and snacks are included compliments of County Fair.

A limited number of tickets are available.
