2023 Beverly Art Walk Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in supporting the 10th Annual Beverly Art Walk, happening September 23, 2023, 12–5 pm. The Beverly Area Arts Alliance (“The Alliance”) looks forward to providing a free community arts event that is also a vibrant, successful and affordable experience for participating artists and businesses. Local businesses and organizations may participate in a variety of ways:

Beverly Art Walk Venue: $50 

If you would like to be considered for an Art Walk venue, please email a request to info@beverlyarts.org. Businesses that are selected as venues will pay a $50 participation fee and will be eligible for a $25 discount on a banner sponsorship ($200 total).

Banner Sponsor: $175

An easy, affordable and highly visible way to support and celebrate the 10th annual Beverly Art Walk is by sponsoring an event banner. Banners are displayed along Western Avenue and proudly feature your business, organization, or family name. Banner donors are also recognized on the Beverly Art Walk poster, website, and marketing collateral.  

Mural Donor: $250

Make a donation of $250 or more, and receive a signed, limited edition print of the iconic Beverly mural, with free delivery in the Beverly/Morgan Park area. Sponsor recognition includes your name/logo on the Beverly Art Walk poster, website, and marketing collateral.

Cultural Assets Sponsor: $500

The 10th Annual Beverly Art Walk will celebrate and draw attention to the neighborhood’s historic cultural assets. These include the Beverly Arts Center, Paul & Jean Harris Home, Ridge Historical Society, 95th Street Branch Public Library, and several artist home studios. Sponsor recognition at this level includes:

• Acknowledgement on cultural asset venue signs
• Logo/name on the Beverly Art Walk poster, website, and marketing collateral
• One signed and numbered Beverly Mural print

Family Fun Park Sponsor: $1,000

The Beverly Art Walk will again offer the Family Fun Park, featuring lively, interactive activities and music to entertain and engage attendees of all ages. Sponsor recognition at this level includes:

• Acknowledgement on Family Fun Park on-site signage
• Logo/name on the Beverly Art Walk poster, website, and marketing collateral
• One signed and numbered Beverly Mural print
• One Beverly Art Walk banner on Western Avenue

Music Main Stage Sponsor: $2,500

The Beverly Art Walk main stage at Nicky’s of Beverly showcases musical talents locally and from across Chicago. The main stage is the feature of the popular after-party for Art Walk participants and guests. Sponsor recognition at this level includes:

• Verbal acknowledgement and logo/name on main stage signage
• Logo/name on the Beverly Art Walk poster, website, and marketing collateral
• One signed and numbered Beverly Mural print
• One Beverly Art Walk banner on Western Avenue

Public Art Sponsor: $5,000

Commissioning permanent and temporary public art projects is one of the most enduring features of the Beverly Art Walk. Artists will be commissioned to create new works during the event in locations across Beverly/Morgan Park. Sponsor recognition at this level includes:

• Acknowledgement on each public art installation created
• Verbal acknowledgement and logo/name on after-party signage
• Logo/name on the Beverly Art Walk poster, website, and marketing collateral
• One signed and numbered Beverly Mural print
• Two Beverly Art Walk banners on Western Avenue

The Alliance is a volunteer-run and donation-driven organization; 100% of donations to the Beverly Art Walk directly support event expenses and artist commissions. Thank you again for your support of the arts in our community. Your participation makes the 2023 Beverly Art Walk possible!
