Thank you for your interest in being a part of this year’s Beverly Art Walk, which will be held September 18, 2021, noon-5pm. Whether you would like to host an exhibition in your venue, purchase a banner, serve as a food vendor, or promote your business through sponsorship opportunities, there are many ways to participate. This year, the Beverly Area Arts Alliance (“The Alliance”) is proud to waive participation fees for businesses that participate as venues.

The Beverly Art Walk is a juried festival, with as many as 50 venue locations spanning 95th to 111th Streets, Walden to Western Avenue. It is a large, multi-faceted neighborhood-wide event that requires the cooperation and efforts of numerous volunteers, artists, and members of the business community to be successful.

For businesses participating as an exhibition venue, art installation will occur September 1st through the 17th. A member of the Alliance will contact you to assess the space, and coordinate artist assignments, timing of installation and de-installation. WE MUST HAVE YOUR APPLICATION BY AUGUST 9th for your business to be considered as a venue.

The Alliance is a volunteer run and donation-driven organization. We strive to work with as many local businesses as possible, but our capacity depends on donations, staffing and the volume of responses. We may not have the capacity to meet every request, including late applications.
